リレー飲み

体育祭のリレー競技の打ち上げ会が行われました。

先日開催されたバスケット打ち上げは、飲み中心でしたが、
今回は、「焼肉＆すき焼」で、肉食中心の宴会となりました。

（宴会は主催者や参加者のタイプによって、様々なバリェーションあります）
　肉は、「ハナマサ」（東京都内の有名チェーン）で仕入れた牛中心で
カルビ・ロース・ステーキ・ラム・豚ねぎカルビ・味付き肉等を大量に・・・
また、焙煎ニンニクも大量につくり、スタミナがつく肉料理になりました。 　

キャプテンの趣味で、肉の質と量のバランス良くし、エビスビールを入れたりと
自ら買い付けに行き、いろいろと楽しめる様に、買出しから工夫しました。
（普段は上級生は大まかな指示を出して、下級生が買出しに行きます。）


３班からレンタルしたテフロン加工のホットプレートは、
油を引かなくても焦げ付きにくいという一品で、ヘルシーな焼肉が作れます。

また、食堂からお借りした鉄鍋セット×２では、野菜満載のすき焼が作れ焼肉の口直ししながら、おなかを膨らませるという趣向です。 　


全リレーメンバー（病気療養中除く）が参加するという盛況でビデオ鑑賞しながら、一人一人の走りについて感想を述べ合いました。
問題場面を反省したり、激走場面を褒めたりといろいろ楽しんで、今年の総括と来年への抱負としました。


（余談/内輪ネタ？）そういえば、新歓期と体育祭前後で、
コールの内容がいろいろ変わるのはちょっと追跡してみると面白いかもです。

まずは、お詫びからはじめさせていただきます。
結果的に3位に終わった敗戦の責任は、キャプテンの私にあります。
特に、敗因となったバトンに関しては、練習不足が原因であり、
応援頂いた方、また、練習に何度も参加して下さった、エントリー者の皆さんには、
勝利をもたらす事が出来ず、申し訳ありません。


今年のオーダーは、200ｍ走れない選手がいないけれど、エースクラスが少なく相手を抜く実力があるのは数人程度ということで、穴となる選手がいない反面、決定力に欠けることが悩みどころでした。（昨年メンバーの約半数が入れ替わるという）

また、人材面でも1・2年生主体のチームであった為、練習段階ではオーダーが組みにくい状況で完全なデータ重視で選手選考を行いました。その為、キャプテンすら出場が危うい状況であったりと微妙な状況になったりしましたが、バトン以外はまずまずの仕上がりとなることが出来ました。
今年のリレーのスタートは、会心のスタートで無事2位を確保出来ました。怪我を押して出てくれた石田選手は、完璧な走りでした。

結局、１〜３走と７〜９走を強化しリードを作る一方、他はアンカーを含めてエース・準エースを外し、安定した走りが出来る選手と比較的は速い選手を交互に配置し抜かれにくくする戦術をとることにしました。（この時点で、最下位は取らないけれども、他チームがバトンミスをしない限り、自力優勝は狙えないことが判明していましたが・・・。）


結局の所、バトン中継ミス以外は各自が実力を発揮し、シュミレーション通りにレースが行われたのは、来年につながることになると思います。（バトンミスに関しては、今年の練習中に予想されたリスクで、来年改善されると思います。）

来年は、留学中のフェンシング日本代表強化選手：坂選手も帰国しますし、今年の一年生の大型選手以下の主力がほぼ温存されることから、今年並みの新一年生が入ってくれれば、エース級４〜5名・準エース３〜４名を擁す、優勝が狙えるチームが組めるかもしれません。

今晩は！東寮の寮生活日記を毎回楽しく拝見しております。
私の息子は他寮ですが、文章の表現力・体育祭の速報における
的確な分析力など、毎日の書き込みを楽しみにしてきました。
体育祭、本当にご苦労様でした。大きな怪我人も出なかったようで本当に良かったと思います。
当方、地方から体育祭当日、所用で上京しておりましたので、
体育祭が延期にならず、見学出来て幸せでした。
手に汗握るような、騎馬戦の死闘、和敬の体育祭の歴史に残る
名勝負が終わった途端の雨、劇的でした。各寮一つに結束した姿を見て、素晴らしい仲間と一生忘れない思い出がまた増えた
なぁと、親としても胸が熱くなりました。
体育祭の日々の流れが、東寮のサイトを拝見していて本当によく分かり、楽しませて頂けました。本当にありがとうございました。これからも、楽しませていただきます！頑張って！！

体育祭おつかれさまです。東は全ての競技でPowerUpしてるようですね。マラソン優勝が一番びっくりです。基本走力は高いはず。来年こそはリレー頑張って。
私の頃はスーパー一走村田（必ず第一カーブまではトップを守る）選手がいました。一走を養成を・・・
その時は優勝して、あの江藤まさはるも号泣させました←自慢。 ともかく来年こそは。リレー優勝、総合優勝、狙ってください。期待してます。
